A traditional leadership structure is based upon the concept of a chain of command, which is leadership-centric. A chain is only as strong as its weakest link. Gears of Command, which are another KUDAGIAN brain child, are designed to operate without any central leader and is based on the concept of Linear Objectivity. The system is GOAL centric vice leadership-centric. Once the goal is set, each additional gear is added to perfectly align with accomplishing the main objective. Within this system, everyone knows exactly what role they play and how their efforts directly affect the overall objective. Another benefit of this system over a chain of command is its unlimited scalability without a loss of effectiveness or efficiency. Within this system, there are no weak links, and the weakest person can move the organization towards its objective. Chains keep you and us in place. Gears move us forward.

A link to a detailed article on the concept of Linear Objectivity will be provided on this page on January 31st, 2019.
