KUDAGIAN IMPACT CYCLE

GENERATIONAL INFLUENCE

It is a great misconception that the older you get the more influence you have in society. This misconception occurs because most of our institutional leaders are of the older generation. However, the people who really change societies normally do so at a very young age. Think Steve Jobs, Oprah Winfrey, Mark Zuckerberg, Bill Gates, Bob Marley, Martin Luther King, Malcom X and so on. Many of these people started changing the world in what we call the Green Phase of their lives. The Kudagian Impact cycle is a visual graphic that shows us at what stage in our lives we should have the greatest opportunity to have a positive impact on society and when this influence starts to decrease.

There are 5 phases in this cycle, with the Green Phase being the longest. The last phase is called the ZLD or the Zone of the Living Dead, which is self explanatory.
